Approaching the tiger slowly, Charles made slow but visible movements to calm the tiger. But nothing seemed to phase the animal. The animal turned a lazy eye to Charles, but did nothing. It was clear that his presence had been acknowledged but the tiger didn’t seem interested in it either.
