She Hiding Something
“Don’t go in there.” Her mom said as she came rushing out of the house. “Why?” Laura asked, placing her hands on her hips. Her mom seemed flustered, like she was trying to come up with a reasonable excuse, “Just don’t, please.” She responded.
“There are rats, and you don’t want to let them out do you?” She finally said and took Laura’s bag of clothes, carrying them into the house. Laura felt strange about the situation, what was she hiding?
