Cautious
She had bumped into the clerk as he was packing shelves behind her. Her apologized over and over again when he noticed her sour expression. She felt bad instantly, maybe she reacted a bit harshly. She didn’t say anything as she continued her shopping. It was just a bad day.
She paid for her groceries and placed her wristlet on the seat of her shopping cart in an attempt to keep an eye on it. But she had no clue what mistake she was about to make as she made her way to the checkout line.
