Becoming A Monster
Shawn was twenty years old when he had seen everything there was to see in the world. It seemed so, at least. On the streets, he still had people pointing at him.
He was threatened and called names by those who didn’t scream and run away. As the days passed, the once sweet and full-of-heart child grew cold.
A heart that only wanted acceptance slowly turned into stone. He would soon become the monster everyone perceived him to be.
