Locking Himself Away
Shawn locked himself inside the house, only caring for his mother until she eventually passed away, like his father. As a result, he boarded up all the windows and doors in the house except for the front door.
There was no one he wanted to see or talk to. He had become the man everyone said he was. It wasn’t until the twenty-tens, when technology reached its peak, that a little light shone through the darkness.
Things finally began looking up for Shawn.
