The Bill
A bill was placed in front of Pat and he stared down at it. There should have been fifty dollars in total. There wasn’t much he ordered. There was nothing the struggling veteran wanted more than to feed himself, but the faculty had other plans.
When he saw the outrageous bill, his blood started boiling.
He had been underestimated as a feeble old man. They were going to pay.
