Anger Rising
Pat felt his anger start to rise, and his old reflexes start to take over. He had to be careful, or his post-traumatic stress would get the better of him – then no one would be safe. He had to keep calm in order to save everyone.
But the woman kept pushing his buttons, going on the attack now that she sensed weakness. But he wouldn’t go down without a fight.
