Brian didn’t think any of this information was particularly troubling. Sal had said he owned other businesses. Someone who owned a lot of profitable businesses was bound to be rich. If anything, Brian became more convinced that working for Sal was the right choice. Maybe this job at the deli would lead to other opportunities.
