The Caffeine Spectrum
Not sure how much caffeine you’re putting into your body? Well according to this image, you might either be drinking too much or too little. For example, did you know that on average, herbal tea has 0 milligrams of caffeine? Just make sure that you’re not drinking green, black, or Matcha tea as these have higher amounts of caffeine. Of course, those amounts aren’t nearly as high as the amount of caffeine found in coffee. Yikes!
