Controversy Erupts
The lounge employee took Anne aside and said that Sue needed to change her shirt. The employee said it wasn’t acceptable for someone at the Soul Air lounge to wear a t-shirt promoting a rival airline. Anne was shocked. At first, she thought it was a joke.
