Mary Richardson Kennedy, the ex-wife of JFK Jr.’s cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr., hung herself. Saoirse Kennedy Hill, the granddaughter of Robert F. Kennedy, died of an accidental drug overdose. Ted Kennedy, JFK Jr.’s uncle, barely survived a plane crash. JFK Jr.’s cousin Patrick Kennedy also nearly died in a car accident while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
