Thanks to his family’s fame and his reputation as a lady’s man, JFK Jr. was often depicted in popular culture as New York’s most eligible bachelor (prior to his marriage). In the classic sitcom Seinfeld, the character Elaine tries to meet and flirt with JFK Jr. at her gym in Manhattan.
