A Visit to the White House
In 1971, the Kennedys were invited back to the White House by President Richard Nixon. Nixon’s daughters gave JFK Jr. a tour of the house, including his old bedroom. President Nixon himself showed the young Kennedy the famous Resolute desk that once belonged to his late father. JFK Jr. used to play under the desk during his father’s administration.
