Fascinated by the Amish?
Jonna, who married into a devoted Amish family, wrote on her blog that “for some reason, people are captivated with the Amish” after writing about the responses she got online about her decision to join the faith.
Certainly, it’s not hard to see why. Jonna puts it down to how “they don’t broadcast their lives all over the internet, they’re never gripping a mobile phone in one hand and some sort of pumpkin spice flavored garbage in the other and they ride their bikes all over the place. On the other side, we share every detail of our life with others and would be completely at a loss if we didn’t have access to our mobile devices at all times.” True story…
