The Food At Amish Weddings
Another unusual component of Amish weddings, is that ‘friends of the couple may see some or all of the ceremony and will likely be invited to serve’. Instead of employing pricy caterers like most of us their buddies would have to offer ‘at least three meals throughout the day- 12:00, 5:00 and 7:00’.
Well personally we like to dine and dance at weddings rather than serve, but Jonna took some consolation in the fact that there are white tents ‘where all of the waiters are drinking liquor to pass time. This section is truly a lot of fun’.
