Use Kool-Aid to Spot Toilet Leaks
Leaky toilets will make your water bill skyrocket. But if you’re not 100% sure if you have one or not, remove the lid from your toilet’s water tank and pour some Kool-Aid powder. Then wait an hour. If the water in the toilet bowl changed colors, then you know you have a leak.
