A Good Boy
“My son is a good person, a wonderful son. He’s a lot like you, actually—I think you would get along really well. If he was here…that is.” she told him, sadness etched in every word. Trevor’s heart plummeted.
“Where is he?” he asked, his voice soft.
“He’s visiting his father in another state. Being a child of seperation has its challenges, and his is having to visit his father every couple of months. But he’ll be back soon.” she smiled.
