Dumbfounded
Had a customer come in and start rattling off something angrily in a language I didn’t understand for a good few minutes. When my only response was a dumbfounded stare, she exclaimed, furiously:
“UGH! You don’t speak Italian!!”
And then stormed out of the store.
This was in Florida.
