The police let Ricky in on the fact that Jolene’s doctor found an illegal medical chip in her body during her ultrasound, which is why he called the police in the first place. The chip was meant to regulate medicines, but it wasn’t legally on the market yet. The doctor had put the chip in Jolene’s medication, which were in Ricky’s name.
