When Johnny surveyed the plans closely, he could tell how old they were. He had to hold them carefully to not damage the delicate state they were in. The house was clearly built during a different era.
Dating back to the 50s, the house was likely a product of the period just before the cold war began. Tensions between the USA and the Soviet Union were at an all-time high back then and the countries were on the verge of a serious armed conflict.
