Livening Things Up
To liven up the ceremony, Chris devised a small practical joke. You’re undoubtedly familiar with the typical trope in which the groom smashes some of the cake into the wife’s face or dabs a small amount of it on her cheeks or nose.
Chris chose to go a step farther with this cliche. He forced his wife into the cake, ruining her dress, her hair, and her makeup in the process.
