Relieved Sara was not cheating
After hearing Sara’s explanation and seeing the proof she provided for her claims, David was still angry that Sara had lied to him so blatantly and took up the job she knew he didn’t want her to do. But he could not help but feel relieved that she was, in fact, not cheating on him.
