Hurrying Along
Peter beat the fire vehicle to the boundary of his land. Away down the road, he detected their approach. The lights and sirens were activated. Obviously, they had sped here, but why? This was a strange situation, but couldn’t they simply seal it up? Why did they feel such panic?
