Anger
Her chair was still a little tilted as she spun it around slightly with a box of canned tomatoes in her hand. It hadn’t occurred to her to notice the man’s angry expression until she looked at him closely after they had walked through the doors.
As he turned to face the woman with narrowed eyes, he paused in front of one of the shelves. She fell even further to her knees when he said something else that made her head drop even lower. As Jenna watched, her eyes were filled with worry. What in the world was going on?
