An Illegal Fence
Upon discovering the fence was illegally erected, the municipality told him to remove it. In anger, Terrence made a rash decision without considering getting permission from the municipal authorities.
As Terrence became more disenchanted with people on his lawn, he began to think of another solution to the problem.
A better way must exist that is within his rights.
