Rude Neighbors
I don’t really like the word “bully,” but an immature man had trouble grasping that it was not appropriate to scatter his trash in my garden or to allow his friend to urinate next to my house.
Once the county cops failed to take action about numerous complaints, I started throwing the garbage on his porch.
