His Last Birthday
After my mom had repeatedly called for my dad to come down for his birthday dinner, she told my four-year-old nephew to go tell my dad “for the last time, come down for your birthday dinner.” He mixed up his words when he went and instead told my dad “to come down for his last birthday.”
