Thomas could never bring himself to forgive Iris, so he also moved out of the home that they once shared together and put it on the market. He returned to work at the company he had been with when the weekend was over and he soon began traveling again, but this time without the guilt of leaving someone that he cared about behind. Iris also started working in fashion, as was her dream, and she soon became a successful designer. The two had each other’s contact information, but they didn’t get in touch very frequently. All in all, Thomas and Iris felt happier than they had been before their split, but Thomas still felt like something was lacking in his life.
