Danny Owen was covered in soot, and he was fuming. His men didn’t want to be there, surrounded by the repulsive odor, and coughed to get it out of their lungs.
The dust eventually settled, and they could see what lay before them. There was no denying their eyes were looking at something important. They couldn’t believe what they had just found.
