The box turned out to contain three gifts, all of which were wrapped individually. Old wax paper was used to seal each one, protecting its contents from the weather. But there was something else they saw before opening the three parcels.

An issue of the Cleveland Plain Dealer from Sunday, March 25, 1951, was tucked away in one of the corners of the box. At least we know that whatever is in the box has been there since the ’50s and hasn’t been opened since.
