Joe lives in the UK and has recently become a target of what is called ‘fly-tipping’. Basically, jerks come in the middle of the night to dump their unwanted rubbish on any open piece of land, be it a field or the middle of the road, without the farmer’s knowledge or consent. So what could he do?
