A Strange Sound
Pete quickly recognized the sound as a faint whine coming from a dog. He searched the graveyard with his eyes, looking for the animal.
He heard the animal whine again, and Pete started looking for the pup around the tombstones. He read somewhere that dogs frequently visited their late owners. He couldn’t stand by and let such lovely creatures be caught in the raging storm.
