An Elusive Entity
Since information regarding Billy the Kid was scarce, he ended up with the nickname “Phantom Cowboy”. Nobody knew exact information about his everyday whereabouts or even the specifics of what he looked like, so Randy’s thrift shop findings were especially amazing. It led us so much closer to finding out who this man really was.
