The Eerie Sound
The sound was oddly mournful and almost sounded like something alien. As the men got closer to the cove near where the boat was, the sound grew louder and more intense.
It sounded like a kind of whistling sound but began to distort. The weirdest part was that the sound almost seemed to convey emotion. Whatever that emotion was, Charlie instinctively knew that it wasn’t a good one.
