Precious Sleep
Every week on trash collection day, Max was forced to set an alarm, interrupting his well-deserved sleep to take the trash out. He would go to sleep at 6:00 AM, then wake up at 10:00 AM to put the trash out.
Then, he’d return to his bed to get every wink he could until 2:00 PM. He never would have thought some people found that unsatisfactory.
