Avoiding Conflict
Max Thompson had always tried to avoid conflict. As a child, he had a permanent soundtrack of shouting coming through his bedroom walls as his parents argued.
He vowed to be different from his parents and to always try to find a peaceful way to resolve any arguments he got into. But back then, he didn’t know what type of neighbor destiny had in store for him.
