Worries Subside
Michael told himself not to worry about the revenge threats. He consoled himself by reasoning that he hadn’t seen them in days so they probably just said that to scare him.
The threats were empty, but he was wrong. It was another beautiful sunny day, the skies were blue and the temperature was just the perfect amount of warm with a cool breeze.
