As Miles had suspected, his neighbor’s odd behavior had been going for several years already. Without any legal approval, the man had systematically been extending his yard further and further. The paving had been installed to allow him to not only park his sports car but his golf cart too, in his yard while he went on vacation. The county couldn’t do anything until they were moved. So they placed a notice on his door and left.
