A Strange Reaction
The dumper was not happy at all at the sight of his curb being polluted by his own rubbish and he immediately set about confronting Joe. After all, he knew exactly where his junk had returned from. The audacity of this man was unbelievable. Joe could hardly believe what he was hearing as the angry citizen lambasted him for his retaliation. Joe, however, was not to be deterred.
