A Controversial New York Times Op-Ed
Some of Bialik’s beliefs regarding parenting and kids have been controversial, but few of her statements were more controversial than her New York Times op-ed, in which she stated that dressing modestly and not flirting with men helped her avoid sexual assault when she was younger. Critics alleged that she was insinuating that modest dress could prevent sexual assault.
