31. Worst Plan
I went to my former GF’s apartment to pick her up for a date. She sat me down in the living room and said she “needed a break from us.” We talked for a few minutes, and I left, sort of stunned.
When I got to the car, I looked back to her apartment and saw her with the dude she ditched me for. I found out later he had been waiting in the kitchen the whole time.
