Mustering Her Courage
It all started when Madelyn reached into a box and pulled out something she had never imagined she’d need again. She carefully lifted the long-unused bathing suit out of the box and put it on. She was very pleased to see that it still fit her. However, despite how happy and proud she felt, she had no idea her day would end up with shame and her fighting for her rights.
