Carrie and Liza spent the next week scouring the internet for the book’s previous owner. They liaised with the book sale where Carrie acquired the text in the first place.
Sadly, the last owner left no contact information while donating the book. Stuck with the cash, Carrie donated it to a book foundation. The book had given her a concept more valuable than the cash in her hands. Hopefully, donating it would help more book lovers experience such life-altering events.
