The community started coming up with theories as to where Chuck had gone. Some of them seemed plausible, others were conspiratorial. But everyone was obsessed with figuring out the answer. The leading theories all suggested that he was kidnapped by someone and intimidated into keeping silent. But nobody knew for sure.
