The Police Ask Questions
The police didn’t explain anything at first. Instead, they asked Mollie if she had been training a horse that died recently. She said yes, she’d been Charlie’s trainer and tried to nurse him through some terrible injuries. The police seemed relieved at this response. Then they explained the whole situation.
