A Furry Friend
After being together for decades, one sunny April afternoon, Christian arrived home with a small puppy in his strong arms. He tenderly cuddled the puppy and introduced him as Hunter.
He pleaded with Ju so that they could keep him, and Ju instantly agreed. The pair were having trouble conceiving a child, and Hunter turned a very dire situation a little brighter. Hunter was a bright spot in an otherwise bleak situation. However, calamity struck.
