Dogs on the Street
Mindy had just stepped onto the sidewalk when it happened. There wasn’t a person in sight, only some street dogs sniffing around overturned trash cans. Not an issue, since these animals usually keep to themselves. They were simply curious about the litter scattered around. However, as Mindy walked past one of the dogs with her stroller, the animal became alert, and its ears perked up.
