In a flashback, Alex’s father pens the will. Sitting alone in his study, he remembers the time when he found out about Alex’s biological roots. Despite the shock, he never loved Alex any less than a biological son. The will was a way to ensure that Alex knew he was loved, cherished, and had a rightful place in the family, regardless of blood ties.
