Betty offered her the solace she required as well as a helping hand. She could see in her eyes that she was still concealing something because she appeared worried about everything. She informed her that she could tell her anything and extended her hands in an accepting gesture. Although everyone was waiting for the bride, she was hoping she would have more to say. She didn’t want to put off getting ready for the wedding any longer because time was of the essence and the guests were waiting.
