Jack tried to ask again after another week of hell. He tried everything, he tried to negotiate to at least put it on a timer, but the man still refused despite him offering to pay the expense.
That still didn’t work. Jack was ready to rip his hair out. He hated having to try and try to no avail. He had to do something more drastic.
